Volumetric Formwork
A special type of building panel system for concreting high ceilings.
Characteristics:
- Modification – standard, enhanced
- Frame–painted steel
- Cover height – 1.5-20 meters
- Maximum permissible load up to 4 tons/axle
- Connection – wedge joint
Advantages:
– Allows to reach the maximum roof height (up to 20m)
– Spatial stiffness due to the horizontal and vertical connections of the elements is provided in the wedge joint
– Allows to use the minimum number of elements in order to ensure the optimal distance between the columns
– One axle of the formwork can carry up to 4 tons of load
– A hammer is enough to assemble the formwork system
